• Minimum Gift Voucher value is £20
• Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
• Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference
• Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the hotel in which they are being used
• No change will be given out but the balance can be used for future purchases
• Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the hotel for which they were purchased
• The Park Plaza Belfast does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers - protect them as you would cash
• The Park Plaza Belfast reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you
